About.
I graduated with a PhD in Biology from the University of Lausanne after spending five years studying yeast genetics. I currently work in a start-up company aiming to apply epigenetics into personalized prevention tools for health.
My scientific areas of interests are: finding out what makes macro and microorganisms of all shapes and forms tick, using microscopy, genetics and epigenetics. I am always thrilled to study how organisms interact with and modify their environment.
I love talking about science so I co-created [Figure 1. A.] an exhibition of scientific art aiming to show the beauty of science and spark conversations about science with scientists and non scientists.
When I'm not in the lab I enjoy hanging out with my cat, reading sci-fi books, going climbing, listening to podcasts and taking pictures.
